This Privacy Policy describes how Crystalory collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit or place an order on this website. Crystalory is located in Lianyungang, Jiangsu, China. The store is hosted by Shopify.
Information we collect
When you buy from the site, we collect the details you submit at checkout, such as your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, phone number, and the items you order. Payment card numbers are collected by the payment provider. We do not store your full card number on our own systems.
We also receive some technical information from your browser, including your IP address, the device and browser you use, and how you move through the site. Shopify’s store cookies, listed below, support the cart, checkout, and basic analytics.
How we use personal information
We use this information to take orders, take payment, ship products, answer questions, and keep records we are required to keep. If you contact us or subscribe, we also use your email to reply and to send the messages you asked for.
We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
We share information with the companies that help us run the store, including Shopify for hosting and checkout, the payment provider that processes your payment, and the carrier that delivers your order. Those companies may use the information only to perform that work. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of customers.

If you are in the European Economic Area, we process personal information on these bases: to perform the contract with you, to meet a legal duty, for our legitimate interests in running and protecting the store where those interests do not override your rights, and with your consent where we ask for it.
You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, delete it, or provide it in a portable form, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. To make a request, use the contact details below. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority where you live.
We do not make decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect based solely on automated processing. Shopify uses limited automated checks to reduce fraud, including a short-lived block on an IP address after repeated failed payments, and a short-lived block on a card tied to such an address. Those checks do not have a legal effect on you.
Order information is collected by Crystalory in China and is also processed by Shopify. Shopify may process that data in Ireland and in other countries, including Canada and the United States. If you are in California
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you are a California resident, you may ask us what personal information we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, and you may use an agent if you authorize one in writing. Cookies
A cookie is a small file stored on your device. We use Shopify cookies so the cart and checkout work, and so we can see basic visit statistics. Most of these cookies last from 30 minutes to two years unless you delete them sooner. Blocking cookies can stop checkout from working.
