This website is operated by Crystalory. Throughout the site, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Crystalory. We offer this website, including the information, tools, and wholesale products available here, on the condition that you accept these Terms of Service, together with the policies linked from this page.

By visiting the site or placing an order, you use our service and agree to these terms. They apply to browsers, customers, and anyone who submits content. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

Crystalory is a wholesale supplier of crystal carvings, tumbled stones, and finished pieces for shops and resellers. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online checkout platform.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The version on this page is the current one. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms. New tools or features are also covered by these terms.

Online store terms

You confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live. You may allow a minor dependent to use the site only if you are the age of majority and you consent to that use.

Do not use our products or this site for an illegal or unauthorized purpose, and do not violate copyright or any other law that applies to you. Do not send viruses, worms, or other destructive code. We may end your access if you breach these terms.

Wholesale orders

We sell to shops and resellers. We may still refuse, limit, or cancel an order that we cannot fulfill, including an order for an address we do not ship to, an order that looks incomplete, or a quantity we cannot supply. If we change or cancel an order, we will try to reach you at the email or phone number you gave at checkout.

You agree to give current, complete, and accurate purchase and account details, and to update them when they change, so we can complete the order and contact you.

General conditions

We may refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. Except for payment card data, which is encrypted in transit by the payment provider, information you send may travel over different networks and may be adapted to those networks. Do not copy, sell, or exploit any part of the service without our written permission. Headings are for convenience and do not change the meaning of these terms.

Information on the site

We work to keep product details current, but we do not promise that every description, price, or image is complete or error-free. Site content is general information. Historical material is kept for reference and may no longer be current. We may change site content without an obligation to update older material.

Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue a product or any part of the service. We are not liable for a price change, a suspension, or a product we stop offering. An offer is void where it is prohibited.

Products

Some items are available only through this website and may be in limited quantity. Returns follow our Refund Policy. Shipping follows our Shipping Policy.

Crystals are natural. Color, markings, size, and clarity can differ from piece to piece and from the photograph. We photograph products to show them as accurately as we can. A screen may not reproduce color exactly, and a normal difference in a natural stone is not, by itself, a defect. If you receive a different product from the one in the listing, see the Refund Policy.

We do not promise that a product will meet a particular expectation, or that every error on the site will be corrected.

Optional tools and third-party links

We may offer tools or links from other companies. Those tools are provided as available, without our endorsement, and your use of them is at your own risk. We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, or transactions. Read their terms before you use them, and send questions about their products to them.

Comments and submissions

If you send us ideas, feedback, or other material, you allow us to use, edit, publish, and translate that material without payment or a duty to keep it confidential or to reply. Your comments must not infringe anyone’s rights and must not be unlawful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable. We may remove content that we believe breaks these terms.

Your account and order information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

Errors and prohibited uses

We may correct an error in price, description, or availability and may cancel an order placed on the basis of that error, even after you receive an order confirmation. We will contact you if we do.

You may not use the site to break the law, infringe intellectual property, harass others, upload malware, scrape or overload the service, or collect other people’s information without permission.

Disclaimer and liability

The site and products are provided as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site or a product, except where the law does not allow that limit. Where a limit is not allowed, our liability is limited to the maximum the law permits.

Other terms

You agree to cover claims that arise from your breach of these terms or from content you submit, including reasonable legal fees, except to the extent the claim is caused by our own breach or by a product defect we are responsible for under the Refund Policy.

If one part of these terms is held invalid, the rest remain in effect. These terms, together with the Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, are the agreement between you and Crystalory for use of this site. They are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. We may end your access if you breach these terms. Obligations that should survive, including payment for orders already placed and limits on liability, remain in effect.
